“Malybanchia” is an old American Indian name for the Mississippi River. With this song, I want to evoke the reckless and wild nature of being swept away in love and draw a metaphor between human nature and America’s greatest delta river ravaged by floods. The song is supported by a music video made from found footage over the past 100 years.
